About the practice

luego-luego is a multidisciplinary design practice working across hospitality, culture and visual systems.
We develop concepts, spaces and experiences through an integrated process that connects creative direction, design, culinary thinking and operation.

Our work spans creative direction, branding, graphic systems, interiors and spatial design, as well as the conceptual development of hospitality projects. Each project is approached holistically, understanding identity, space and experience as interconnected disciplines rather than separate layers.

Founded by a designer and a chef, the practice operates at the intersection of conceptual development and real-world application. This dual perspective allows us to create work that is visually rigorous, spatially coherent and grounded in use, context and operation.

Alongside collaborative commissions, the practice also conceives and operates a small number of its own hospitality and cultural projects, including Humo&Sal, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2024, and Salón Apache, the only cantina in Mexico with a bar curated exclusively around Mexican white spirits.

In parallel, luego-luego maintains an independent design and creative direction practice, developing visual identities, graphic languages, art curation and interior concepts for projects where design is understood as a structural element, not an aesthetic afterthought.
